We recognize that the needs of the people cannot be satisfied by this Foundation alone; we therefore seek to establish partnership with those whose agenda overlaps with ours in order to build collaboration. 

Members of Parliament
The Michael Lapsley Foundation uses unique model of partnering with willing Members of Parliament in Ghana to help improve education and Health in their constituencies. The Foundation has worked with 50 members of parliament

District Assemblies
Ghana`s decentralization process as enshrined in the constitution designates district Assemblies as the highest decision making body at the local level. The Foundation believes that collaborating with them at the grassroots level will ensure Transparency and sustainability.

Traditional Authorities
Traditional authorities play an important role in the socio economic development in the country. The Foundation has forged a strong and cordial relationship with the traditional authorities to ensure that our project comes to their door step at the local level successfully.

Corporate Institutions
Michael Lapsley Foundation solicit its support from corporate Ghana with educational and health corporate social responsibility goals to implement its planned programs.
