He has rich experience in voluntary sector.Mr.Himbson has several years experience in writing and creating civil rights programmes for community based organizations in the country.  He has worked with towards development into adulthood (TOWDA), Ghana junior chambers and Child Survival and Development (CSD).

His interest includes youth mobilization, peer counseling, advocacy and education for marginalized groups.                                

Amoako Adom Ankomah is an Accountant by profession. He played a Pivotal role in the forming of the Michael Lapsley Foundation. He has also supported many youth and community based organizations both in Cash and in Kind. His interest includes: Volunteering, youth empowerment and counseling.
